This is a new one on me but any ideas why this title is in Norwegian?

Have you noticed this with any other channel? If you reset the EE TV box and router is this still the same?

I suspect this is a clear data error (probably  very historic)  that probably only relates to this particular film.  It does reoccur on the next  scheduled broadcast of the film at 12:20AM on 28 Feb  on the same channels 502/516.
