@Richardr66 you get the now entertainment channels and Netflix with the cheapest entertainment package which is being referred to as the new no frills package.

@Richardr66 all TV packages include the Freeview channels, but there's no package now with ONLY Freeview channels - at least one subscription package is needed.

@zulu17 I'm seeking clarification on your points.  I'm beginning to suspect you're actually an AI bot though, due to your attention to detail and picking up things we don't see.

I guess for me, and my EETV contract ends in just under a month, ignoring any grandfathering of old packages and that the prices are list prices, it will cost me an extra £17 per month just to keep the EE Apple TV box and the channels I get today on it.

@Richardr66 : The prices in the aforementioned doc. are max. list prices & not not what you actually may be charged.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

@Richardr66 By my calculations, for your exact package the price would be £5.40 LESS per month than you pay now - assuming you don't receive any renewal offers.  I suggest you call now, and ask what offers are available - you don't need to wait until the end.

Checked the BT website too, looking like both sports pacakages now get hd as standard in it too in the new ones

You're right @garybs29 - I'd missed that bullet point on our briefing for the BT packages:

  • Sport and Sport Plus will be fully HD inclusive from 25th September

@NK20026  And that’s down to Now allowing EE to offer it.  EE can’t offer something without the consent of the owners of that services.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
