Hi,
wondering if anyone else has experienced any issues when viewing channels via the EETV App on the Apple TV Box?
On a couple of occasions now, I have been watching ITV/ Now TV channels, when the screen just goes to black and the sound cuts off. Clicking the guide button starts the stream back up again, but this is happening repeatedly.

Could you try the steps in the Problems with EE TV app on Apple TV page to see if the troubleshooting helps resolve this for you?
