I don’t have a picture from my main set top box only sound 

I have changed the cable and turned the box off at the wall but nothing 

I can never get through on the phone

I don’t have a picture from my main set top. Ox. I have changed the hmdicable but still no picture

@Jackbry , no need to write two threads about the same thing, just continue in the same thread, but you do have a few minutes to amend the thread.

If you ring customer service press 2 then 2 you should get through to a human being.

Since you noticed these issues, have you tried doing a light reset on your box?
