What does this error message mean, do I need to get a MAC address from EE?
I have tried all the usual reboot, recycle, plug and unplug on both the TV and EE Smart Hub but nothing changes. Also tried Wired connection via Ethernet (TV acknowledges it but no internet connection is established)
EE to TV fail message
TV: LG OLED48A26LA (2022) OLED HDR 4K Ultra HD Smart TV
Router: EE Smart Hub Plus

Are other devices on your router working OK?
No, you won't need or get any MAC Addy from EE.

SOLVED: Parental control locks were on, with set schedule for wifi pause!
