Hi, I have a motorhome and would like to run my EE TV mini box in it. Is it possible to run the box from a 12v battery? With by USB o cigarette lighter socket?

Thanks

Even if you could power the EE TV Box Mini, you wouldn't be able to watch any of the TV channels - they only work when connected to a BT or EE fixed broadband line.  The only thing that would work would be some of the apps, however you'd be better off getting a Fire Stick for that.

 Hi,

Can the EE TV box mini be run in a motorhome from the 12 volt battery? Either fro. A USB or cigarette lighter socket?

@Salmonman1964 : There is no need to repeat the same query all over the forums & it is against EE Community guidelines

Furthermore you've already had 2 responses an hour ago saying you can't use an EE TV Box w/out having EE/BT BB there regardless how you power it up.

Ah ok thanks for that. Saves me trying. I have an Amazon fire stick, so will keep to that.

Thanks
