Trying to contact them for 2. Reasons
1. wanting a recordable tv box . Only got a mini .
2. My tv , re mini box, fire stick all get disabled when I switch off them at night and restart in morning

@Pamk66 did you get this mini box from EE because you only get that if you have got the pro box or an Apple TV as your main box the mini boxes are not sent out as standalone items. Do you have an EE TV subscription?

No I only got the mini when I changed over from sky. When I try fone only get 2 options 1 for monthly payment for phone tablet etc . 2nd please give number of phone
not much help at all . Also live chat bot is next to useless
I am thinking of just cancelling due to this . If everything has to get reset all the time my husband has tried to show me but I cannot do it.
