EE TV

Hello, I have EE TV now since switching from BT. I got a TV box, but I don't have access to all the channels except some Freeview ones and TNT Sports. 

Is there a reason, or must I subscribe to even more channels? 

Some of the channels I am not getting ARE freeview, but they are not showing on the channels. IE blank screen! 

It is not my aerial as my TV works fine, showing all the Freeview channels.

What channels are missing in particular?

If there are no channels at all, reset the pro box and choose IP mode or aerial mode and plug the aerial in.

If it is in IP mode not all the free to air channels are included. 

If it is in aerial mode and you have unplugged it to rule out the TV, you won't get any of the streaming channels as youview doesn't support them.
