Okay, I'm new to this EE TV BOX, just been shunted over from BT as my contract is coming to an end. I didn't have any BT  TV apps, just the normal  Channels.

The box comes with little useful information, like how to access any recordings you have made? And the options has both of us totally confused. We now have 3 handsets, EE, TV and Video, so many buttons to hit!  Yes we have a video and it still works, and play pass the handset to find out which one does what and then get lost! The online  EE- Help function is little more than useless, it just takes you to a whole load of other links so you can't nail a problem without a lot of searching and then find there's no actual help anyway.

Hi Chris.

Thank you for the link, I have sorted out Netflix and still need to find Discovery+. plus the Now family of TV. I need to play around with the remote a bit more!
