EE TV mini box stuck at start up process.

Lost channels so did a factory reset, now won't go past the Startup Screen, did a full reset but on the maintenance screen you can't move up or down to select factory reset, maybe bricked?

Now that you've factory reset, your remote is no longer paired. You need to hold Home+9 on the remote until the lights flash, which will trigger the remote to pair again. You should then be able to continue.

Tried restarting it at the mains.
