Hi, trying to set up my pro box, started process yesterday, got the tutorial as the Chanel’s were tuning, but there are no Chanel’s tuned. I have gone through the steps on the yourview error code, and resetting the box, but nothing is working

@ElMargo Has your service gone live yet ? When is the start date of your contract it will not tune anything until the start date. Just to check you do have the new EE smart hub plus. This a black router with the EE logo in the middle.

That might well be the reason then. What activation date were you given?
