EE TV channels not tuning

Hi, trying to set up my pro box, started process yesterday, got the tutorial as the Chanel’s were tuning, but there are no Chanel’s tuned. I have gone through the steps on the yourview error code, and resetting the box, but nothing is working

@ElMargo  Has your service gone live yet ?    When is the start date of your contract it will not tune anything until the start date.   Just to check you do have the new EE smart hub plus.   This a black router with the EE logo in the middle.

It looks like you managed to get it sorted about 20 minutes after posting @ElMargo - let us know if you're still having issues.

Am having same issue am not sure if my tv is live yet

That might well be the reason then. What activation date were you given?
