So although same company have moved, from BT to EE yesterday.
Have been trying to contact them all day today in regards my package and adding Netflix.
The BT app understandable shows no TV package. However EE app shows 'add tv' yet when I select is says already a customer gives me a number to ring which in countless attempts today am yet to speak to anyone.
I don't think the pack is correct and I also need to add Netflix as an add on to my EE bill but the option doesn't exist.
Anyone got any ideas how to resolve. The seemless transfer has been anything but.....

Unfortunately our online order journeys aren't ready yet. The only way to order is to call.
