Hi,
I accidentally logged in to the EE TB App on my Apple TV with my old BT account and I get an AUI911 error now, but there is no option to log out or try and log in with a different account.
I have already tried rebooting the box, uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it keeps going back to the same error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue though logged on via my browser - no way to logout. Fix this, EE!!

The EE TV app uses your broadband line to find your account, so it doesn't matter what account you logged in with (although you can log out from the Settings app - it's the TV Provider you'd need to log out of).
As long as you're using your Apple TV on your home broadband then it should just work.
That error code means your account is in an invalid state - please email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk with your EE account number and I'll check it out.
