EE Pro Box charges

Taffytone
Visitor

Hi I've asked for a EE Pro box , and I've been told I'll have to pay an extra £6.00 a month .

To which I've agreed , I was expecting a delivery yesterday which arrived but......instead of the Pro Box it was 3 x boxes of WiFi Eqt which I never asked for as I only changed to fibre in the summer .

Today I've had another message that a package is coming today , ..let's hope it's a Pro box . But...... 1. Why was I sent the WiFi Eqt

2. Why do I have to pay an extra £6.00 a month ?

@Taffytone : Which EE BB plan are you on? What EE router do you have?
