I’ve recently started a new EE phone bill that comes with a Netflix subscription.
how do I access this subscription? Am I meant to of received a code by now or do I need to force a code to be sent to me ?

If it doesn't work when you select the Netflix app on your box sign into your EE account go into the TV and sport section and activate it there with the email associated with your EE account.
You can also use the EE app to do it through that if you have it on your mobile.
