Downloading apps

Hi I have Disney + but I can’t seem to add any apps to include it on my tv? What do I do?

Just to be sure here, do you have a Smart TV and are looking to download Disney+ to this over your EE broadband, or do you want to install this to an EE TV box?

Disney+ isn't available direct through EE TV at present, but if this were to change we'd be sure to let you know!

If you are referring to the Pro Box, there is nothing you can do, app availability is controlled by EE (or at least the box OS partner YouView).

If you have the Apple TV 4K then you can download Disney+ from the App Store on the box.

If you are asking a different question then you will need to be more specific.

Paramount isn't available directly just yet. 

Keep an eye out at About the EE TV App and Web Player for updates to the latest apps you can add.
