Hi, I have ordered broadband and a TV package today. I read that I can start using the TV straight away using the app. How do I set up an account with NOW? If I know I have all the channels I can reduce the Sky account right down for the last 30 days, saving money

EETV set up your Now account, and you have to wait for this to happen, but once it is done, you can use the Now app on any device you have that supports Now, not just EETV equipment, so you don’t have to wait for that to arrive, if it hasn’t yet done so.
Now will work automatically on EETV equipment, but on the first item of other equipment you run the Now app on, you will initially have to set a password. This requires EETV to have set you up with the email address you requested for Now, something they don’t always get right (the process isn’t automated yet, and they have to do it manually 😢), and you will need to have a chat with them if they get yours wrong, to get it set correctly.
