Why had you marked your further question as the solution, when it isn’t? That rather derails the procedure 😛
But I’ve unmarked it as such for you.
Now offers several subscriptions - Entertainment, Cinema, Sports, Hayu - and having one of them doesn’t entitle you to the content for the others.
White Lotus comes under the Entertainment subscription, and it’s fairly unusual, but not impossible, to have Now as part of EETV and not have Entertainment - if you just have Sports, say.
Or, for newly created accounts, it’s possible for EETV to get the customer logon wrong, which stops you using Now outside of EETV devices.
So when you say ‘go onto Now’, go onto Now on what device? And with what logon? ( But don’t tell us that, I’m just inviting you to check it).
If it’s not working on a non-EETV device, try it on an EETV device, your Box Pro say. If it works there, enjoy, and then get on to EETV via 150 or another supporting number, to get your Now logon corrected.
If it still doesn’t work, check your EETV plan to see if you do indeed have Entertainment, and not just some other Now subscription(s). And if it appears that you do, take that to 150.
But if you don’t, you can sign up for Entertainment on the plans page, and get White Lotus straight away.

If you have Now Entertainment, it’s part of your subscription, and you can watch it in the Now app on any EETV device you have, or indeed any device that supports Now, if you give it your subscription details.
In HD if you have Boost, otherwise in SD.
Try it, and come back if you have any difficulties.

Thank you but when I go onto Now, I can see this program but it says I have to call a number to upgrade. Is Now Entertainment a different package to a Now TV subscription?
