No you can’t add it unfortunately - if you have a smart TV though it’s likely to be on there, or if you have a Firestick / Apple TV or other such similar services

Cheers Ken - regardless of what it says when you turn the TV on, my gripe was with the BS I was advised over the phone by the EE rep selling me the service….very hard to read T&C’s over the phone, & perhaps stupidly I trusted the words I heard from the EE rep, but as a trusted supplier of mine for my personal & business phones - I believed them.

i have the Disney App on my TV so no big deal - just annoying to have to use 2 remotes & hate being lied to on the phone.

Thank you - I have a smart TV so the App was on there. Still bugs me the the EE rep lied through their teeth. I’ll definitely be looking change once the contract’s up, purely out of principal

ee seem keen on falsely claiming things are available when they're not... seems deliberate at this point

@Jimbob150687  you can have Disney + but you need the EE Apple TV.  Because then you get the Apple TV App Store.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Ah but no but yes but ,what's been happening if you read the other posts
the people in the ee shops are saying anything when asking, they are just
interested in getting a sale..
EE choose to allow customers only to access the Disney+ app only via Apple TV subscription. They don’t do it with Amazon Prime? There many other platforms that offer the Disney+ app free so why do EE bundle it solely with Apple? I presume to increase profits over customer choice/satisfaction.

@Dellstar Disney+ isn't part of the EE TV service, and isn't bundled with anything.

Disney choose which platforms they offer their app on - which includes Apple TV, and so it's also available on EE TV Apple TV, but that has nothing to do with EE.

Not sure what you are trying to say here?
