I left Sky after 30 years having been told by the sales guys that everything Ihad with sky was with ee. Absolute lies. It's miles behind sky. A decision i regret every time I turn the TV on. They told me Netflix was included...Just click on the app. That was another £18.99 a month. If they didn't insist I payable grand to leave I would go back to Sky today.

@TelH Netflix is included. Disney plus and never been advised with EE TV.
And you’re complaining about it now with a cancellation charge which means you didn’t do anything about this within the cooling off period where it wouldn’t have cost you a thing.

Trust me....not in the package I was sold, despite me asking. You must be aware being a guru on this forum that EE staff will literally say anything to get the sale. When I added Netflix it cost me a further £18.99 per month which was added to my phone bill. I have subsequently cancelled it. They lie for fun!!! All these other people can't be wrong.

@TelHif you signed up within the last 6 months, and you did so over the phone, the phone call will be recorded and can be used as evidence of mis-selling. This will allow your contract to be terminated without charge.
Netflix is included with entertainment TV packages - not Sport, which you have.

Hi @TelH,
Netflix is included in our Full Works, Entertainment and Big Entertainment TV packages. If you have one of these plans then I'd recommend reaching out to our team, so they can take a look into why this isn't currently working.
