Discovery + premium

I have the full works tv package with ee tv. I am able to watch discovery+ but I am unable to watch any premium content ie premiere football. 
Please could someone assist me?

Hi 

yes I can watch sport on the tv and in the tv app

just checked again it shows discovery + premium on the EE online account but my app has reverted to basic and discovery + is on basic all apps and online have same email 

there is also a new activation tab on app press it it takes me to online and it say’s activated but apps still the same

Whilst this is going to sound really simple @JakeD1, have you tried logging out of the Discovery+ app and logging back in? 

It may just take a bit of time for this to update.

I have also deleted both apps and re downloaded them still the same I have taken pics for info

It's particularly odd that it's showing differently between the app and browser versions of your account, so I think it's best to get this double checked with our customer care team

They'll be able to get everything brought up at our end, and make sure things are all set up as they should be.

yes I got it sorted. Had to call and they de-linked my discovery account and I had to re activate it and all is good.
