We are trying to activate the discovery plus app on our EETV box it gives us a code but does not give you the option to activate the account on the app only activate a mobile or similar item I.E tablets or pc but not TV or activate our broadband , this is not a good way to start off with new customers. We are very disappointed with this issue.

I’ve tried this way (as well as going straight to EE website) and it they do exactly the same thing.
i press on the activate button. Then that I need to make an account and activate. Then it loads. Then the pages refreshes and I’m back to square one 🙈

Could you try a different browser to see if the page loads and you can complete the set up. If the same happens, please get in touch with our TV Technical support guides and they will get the account looked into and help you further.
