We are trying to activate the discovery plus app on our EETV box it gives us a code but does not give you the option to activate the account on the app only activate a mobile or similar item I.E tablets or pc but not TV or activate our broadband , this is not a good way to start off with new customers. We are very disappointed with this issue.

There are 2 stages to the process @trevor1205 :
1. Activate your discovery+ account - you should have been sent an email with instructions on how to do this.
2. Use that account to log into the discovery+ app.
Your account is currently showing that you haven't completed step 1. I believe you should be able to log into https://ee.co.uk/ and see an option to activate it, however I haven't see it for myself to know what it looks like.

Discovery plus not working for us either have used the email link to the ee app on iPhone iPad and via tv just won’t load or take to page has this been resolved now

Yes I did it on Google Chrome browser wouldn’t work on safari. Working ok now thanks 🤩

Yes. I spent an hour last night with customer service and they couldn’t fix it. The trouble is that on the website and app my account is marked as pending which is ridiculous as I have complained about this multiple times. I have raised a level 2 complaint and I’m hoping someone will actually do something this time.

@Tomcmc "pending" is the correct status - it means your account is ready waiting to be activated. I suspect the issue is that your EE ID has 2 accounts on it, one of which is totally broken. What error do you see when you try to activate on https://ee.co.uk/login/ ?
