I have just changed over to ee tv and the discovery plus premium is included. However when I click on the link to activate it it doesn't take me to the discovery plus site which is what its supposed to do it just sys loading then takes me back to the activation link. I have tried to activate it on different browsers but it makes no difference it does exactly the same thing.
Any suggestions anyone please?? Is there any other way to activate it does anyone know please? Ive tried googling and been n the discovery plus website but it just says to do what I'm trying to do with out any success!

I've just linked my account to my EE account.
Just popped out to the garden and checked (I've got the Apple Box on my garden tv LOL)
All the sports now work. I'm guessing it just needed me to link the account. I'll add the HD to my account now.

OK that's great. Could you please check the discovery+ app, and let me know whether you'd like that reset?

It told me that I have access to free content and to watch anything else I need to manage my subscriptions.

I had suspected it wouldn't work. OK, I've cancelled the current activation - could you please try activating again by logging into My EE (https://id.ee.co.uk/id/login) - you should see an option to activate it there.

Do I sign in with my EE password to the Disc+ account?

Darren, for some reason now it's asking me to set up a new profile, and it won't let me simply log in to my previous?
Is this down to me linking to my profile to my account?

Where is this happening @AlanWsM2 ? In the EE app or website? Or the discovery+ app or website?

Been with ee now 3 weeks, it appears there is a problem linking mobile and to account if you use the same email address??
Now made 3 calls to ee and promised account linked which will make Discovery + work and allow unlimited data on my mobile. It’s still not working, is there anyone here that can help before I give up and go back to Sky??
