I hope someone can advise me. I’m constantly being signed out. It’s happening when I go to open the app and also once the adverts have finished in between a programme. I’ve even been told I don’t have the right subscription at times too. Please tell me I’m not the only one it’s happening too.

Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app to see if this does the trick?
What device are you using, and is this fully up to date with the latest software updates?

I am also having the same issue on both mini box and main box. Only happening with discovery plus, no other apps. Happens at the ad break. Completely shuts down the app and takes me back to the main tv menu. I have to constantly go back into the app and respect the show I am watching again....so irritating. Has been happening for the last few days. I also have the issue that others are having of loss of sound after the ads as well.

Have you had a chance to check that your box is full up to date at the moment?
You can find this by going to Settings > Software information.
It could also be worth trying a light reset on your box too, and you can find instructions on how to do this via our help article here.
