Discovery plus (TNT)

I have just signed up for discovery plus (TNT) £20 

a month through my EE mobile app. 
when I signed in into discovery plus it asked for

my email address which is bt mail. 
but I forgot I already had a account with discovery plus

on my Apple TV box with a iCloud email address 

any clues how to sort this out

You could sign out of the account on your Apple TV and sign into the bt email account with the linked TNT. 

Other than that you would need to remove and re-add the subscription to re-link it to another account. You may need to contact EE Customer Services so they can remove and re-add it if you don’t have the option.
