Creating a new order

Having been with EE a long time, I must say I’m disappointed this. We spoke to an advisor yesterday who was supposed to call back to complete an order which we never received. 
it was £60pm yesterday and has gone up to £78pm which can’t be changed. We have been offered credit for 3 months, which is nice. But that still makes a £378 difference over the 2 years which is quite a lot when it isn’t our fault.

Sounds frustrating, but surely you don’t have to accept the revised pricing?

What was it you were looking to purchase, and was this a brand new contract or a renewal on an existing one?
