I have had issues with my TV with code 3050 and also on iplayer and ITVX whilst streaming when the programme freezes.
EE solution was to send me an AV1300 PNE as described in the heading.
I have connected one of the units to the EE router - do I connect the second unit to the EE TV box or directly into the back of the TV?
Any help much appreciated
John

Hey there @johnmauriceengl 😊
Welcome to the EE Community!
If you've been provided with powerline adapters to help with EE TV, you want to be plugging the ethernet cable from the secondary adapter into the back of your EE TV box.
The way these work is that one ethernet goes from your Hub into the primary adapter which is plugged into the wall near your Hub.
The broadband connection then used your home's internal wiring to take the signal to the secondary adapter, which you then connect with the TV box.
I've been using a set with my PC for a good few years now and it's a massive improvement over using WiFi; just make sure to closely follow the pairing instructions in the box.
