I have the full sports package but when I select the box office channels I get " you need to set up sports box office hd or add it to your package press ok and the sports box office 1 gives me 'theres been a problem try again later. I've tried ringing got no joy

That's what I was told on the phone too when I was trying to find out about the messages, a chap not sure which department also seemed to think I had to buy the hd part,, I said no thx. I left sky because they kept increasing my bill.

@garybs29 that is the case if you're a BT Broadband customer, but it doesn't currently work on EE Broadband accounts - they're still working on the ordering system to be able to take orders via that route. Changes to EE TV subscriptions on EE Broadband accounts can only be made on the phone - not online, in the app, or on the TV Box.
