I have the full sports package but when I select the box office channels I get " you need to set up sports box office hd or add it to your package press ok and the sports box office 1 gives me 'theres been a problem try again later. I've tried ringing got no joy

The "Box Office" channels are for Per-Per-View events, and aren't included in any subscription package. When an event is planned, it'll show you the option to purchase a pass.

There's nothing on any of the box office channels tonight though. If you're looking for the boxing though I think you'll need to chrck how to get it from DAZN & not on your box

Ok but Doesn't explain why I am getting the message to upgrade when tech support have said I don't have to upgrade but don't know why I am getting the messages

I understand that it's a pay per view channel and only when events are available for booking that they will appear but does not explain the messages on screen which are appearing and even the lady from tech didn't know why I am getting them . Will events appear while these messages are appearing

I get that message too so it must be correct. You get different options to buy when an events scheduled

The lady in tech said they shouldn't be but couldn't explain why the messages were appearing, but did tell me how pay per view events works .

When you mention "lady in tech", was this on the phone? If so, I'll try to find who that was and explain.
I understand that the message may be confusing, and it's even more confusing at the moment because of the message when you press ok. The TV box doesn't know what the channel is - it just knows that it doesn't currently have permission to show you the video. When you press ok, it checks your account to see if it can enable it, or if it needs to sell you something. As it can't currently sell you anything, it shows the error.
Rest assured - when a pay per view event is available, you'll be able to order it and it will work (though I believe you'll need to phone to order, as it's not possible to order or manage subscriptions on EE accounts).
I'll ask if the message can be improved.

Yes it was on the phone, the error pic saying there has been a problem was when I selected sky box office 1. The upgrade message appears on all the other box office channels. Hope that's clear. Thank you

@DarrenDev not sur eon Sky ones but 100% on TNT ones you just press ok & enter your pin & it orders. Also the help online seems to say they Sky ones have to be ordered via the box only too
