Changing Broadband from Sky to EE.

Hello. I’m changing my broadband from Sky to EE. I’m told I won’t lose my Sky TV services (recordings etc) but don’t understand this when the Skybox is returned. Any reassurance welcome.

Hi

If you have decided to move your TV service from sky to EE then you’ll certainly lose recordings. If you’re only moving broadband then you’ll have nothing to worry about as the Tv is a separate system. Assuming you have Sky Q and you’re staying with sky for Tv but moving your broadband then your recordings etc stay safe on your sky box. Sky will operate over any broadband connection.
