Ch4 blurry when accessed via TV Box Pro

Hi. I’ve just got my box up and running. First thing I tried to watch was a programme via Ch4 and the picture is blurry. Occasionally it becomes clear but then reverts. I can watch Ch4 clearly if accessed other ways and all other apps are fine. 
Any advice please.

Following clarification from the other thread:

You're watching channel 4 in the on-demand app.  The video quality depends on the bandwidth available at the time, and will drop if wifi signal or broadband speed drops.  This is out of our control, as it's internal to the channel 4 app.  See the response I'm about to add to your other thread about the TV guide for additional information.
