Hello
I have recently become a BT (now EE) customer and have access to TNT Sports.
I understand that you can register up to 4 devices on the EE TV app - my father-in-law has downloaded the EE TV app and can manage to view TNT Sports fine. However, when he tries to chromecast to his TV via the EE TV app, he gets an error message and we can’t figure out why this is. The chromecast works fine with YouTube, for example, so can only surmise that this is an EE TV issue.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @mihir993
What does the error message say.
Thanks

Hi Northerner
All it says is ‘Sorry, an error has occurred. Please try again.’ There’s no associated error code.
Thanks

Unfortunately it's not currently possible to Chromecast to Android TVs, or "Chromecast with Google TV" devices. We've made Google aware and we're working closely with them so that they can identify and fix the bug.
As it's TNT Sports that you're trying to watch, you could install the discovery+ app on the TV instead. If you haven't already, you can activate your included discovery+ subscription at www.bt.com/sport/activate-discovery-plus
