I had an iPhone 12 which worked fine with BT TV. In may I got an iphone14 and can no longer connect. I have deleted the app turn box & phone on/off. Restarted router which is up to dat but still no go. What is the solution

Can you access the app on any other device?

Are you trying to pair the app with your TV Box to be able to set recordings? If so, is the app not showing your box when trying to pair? Or does it find your box but then show an error when trying to connect?
