@Callie3612  Did you take out Netflix via EE or directly with  Netflix?  because that’s your answer on who you go too.     

 Who do you pay for this subscription service ?  How did you take out this subscription? 
is this on a mobile contract ? 
Does this subscription service show on your EE account under add ons ?  Because if it does you can remove it from there ?   You click it and select remove.
