Hi,
I can not seem to log on to HBO max to watch TNT sports which I pay for through EE. I never signed up to Discovery+
I have tried a few things but just can not log on.
Should I contact EE or has someone else had this issue?
With just with the TNT sport does this also mean you wont have access the whole of HBO max and would I still need to sign up for the full access?

I can’t login either and yes I watched tnt sports via the hbo app last week and my contract and subscription ends October 2026!!
What do I do?

If you've been able to log in before, it may be worth trying to reset your password.
If you're still not able to get in, let us know if you get any error messages. It'll help us try to figure out what's causing it for you.

Hi i can sign in ok but it tells me i dont have any subscriptions.
I know i do cos ive paid ee for 3+ years for this service & up til a few days ago it worked fine.
Please update my account manually as you did for the original poster.

@Chrismk during the migration from discovery+ to HBO Max, all accounts were revalidated to associate them with their billing account.
For active accounts where a bill could not be found, a temporary subscription was added to allow enough time to ensure all valid accounts were updated.
Accounts where still no valid bill could be found were terminated on May 7th. It sounds like yours was one of them.
If your subscription is with EE mobile then please contact their helpdesk. If it's with BT or EE broadband, or with EE TV, then email me at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk including your account number and subscription type.

thanks. I’ve wasted hours this weekend and made zero progress with chatbots and ee reps who told me to contact hbo who then told me to contact ee..
i pay my monthly invoice by direct debit to ee as I have for years.
my contract is with ee so its is THEIR responsibility to ensure my subscription to tnt sports was migrated successfully as I have 100% stood u on t ok my end of the contract which is to pay my invoice for the service.
Needless to say ee have lost any future business with me.

I assume your subscription is with EE mobile @Chrismk ?
I'm frustrated to hear you didn't make any progress with them - it is 100% the responsibility of EE to fix this.
