Can not activate discovery

I’ve tried to activate Discovery + on tv but will not load page just keeps going back to original activate page, can anyone advise on doing this

Do you have TNT Sport as an inclusive extra on your mobile account? 

Does this show active in your EE app add-ons?

I was having the same issue, in order to get through the activation process I had to disable the pop up blocker in my browser settings.  As soon as I did that I was able to activate it from within myee.

lots of people reporting this issue, shame no one seems to be reading your post, and the support team don’t seem to be aware of how to sort this.

Thanks for the advice, Stuey01, I finally got someone really helpful at EE to tweak my account and it works now.

@Gradorlyn I can see you're using the Safari web browser. Can I ask you to please try a different browser, as there are known issues with Safari.
