Can not activate discovery

I’ve tried to activate Discovery + on tv but will not load page just keeps going back to original activate page, can anyone advise on doing this

I've tried on different browser and on the phone and its still the same  can't activate. I've linked my accounts done anything that is suggested. Sit down to watch  tv after 8 when can't even contact EE . You are clearly aware of all the issues people are having its a shame more hasn't been done to rectify the problem.

@ummluke the reason you can't activate discovery+ is you've already activated it - on June 17th, when you were still with BT.

You're still on the Entertainment package, as you were with BT, so no need to activate it again.

This problem with discovery is with everyone, i have the same problem, i don't understand why have to be so complicated ! I am pay for what !!!

What exactly is your problem @abaziarocco ?  Not everyone has the same issue.  Your account is ready, waiting to be activated - what happens when you visit https://ee.co.uk/login and log in with your EE ID?  You should see an option to activate discovery+.

Hi, I don't see any activation fpr disvovery, just link to link to link , I go just in loop.

I dont understand why netflix, now, ect are so easy to activate and discovery create all this problems ?

Ironically it's normally Netflix and Now TV that people complain about most - discovery+ is normally the easier one.  Each company has their own way of signing up to their products, and we have to link to them in the way they want.

I don't have an account that I can confirm the exact steps with, however there should be an option to manage your broadband product, and from there an option to activate discovery+?

I have had discovery + with bt previously. 
I now try to activate it on my new EE contract as its discovery + premium now I would like to make sure it activates with the premium.

same error if I try on every browser, data or WiFi. 

is there a way to fix this with out having to waste hours on the phone?

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried to activate the discovery+ Premium in the EE app?

If you login and go to Manage, then TV and Sport, you should have the option to activate discovery+, which would direct you to sign in with the same details you used previously and will link to the Premium subscription.
