Can no longer add extras in app

I can no longer add tv extras in the ee app. When I click add on something such as now cinema or now sports it just loads the re tv web page and suggests I have to buy it. All my account details are in the app and service id all working. 
Tried to call ee but overall useless. 4 phone calls god knows how many times being bounced and no one has a clue. Anyone got similar issues? Was all working for me to self add and remove stuff about 2 months ago.

But it would be very odd if UltraBoost launched and EETV didn’t say a word about it.

You're right - I think I must've just confused the mention of TNT Sports Ultimate when skimming the forums. I can't find anything to suggest Now Ultra Boost is ready yet.

At least I can now say that it definitely won't be ready this year without getting into trouble ... I've wanted to say that for months. 😂

I recently had the same problem.  Spoke to EE and the agent advised that any changes have to be made through either the Now TV app or the Now TV web page.  I was advised to use the use web page from a computer/laptop for preference.  Worked immediately when I logged on via my laptop.
