@BigAlan1   So when you set this up you choose to setup via IP mode on the box ?

Think so. I am an octogenarian and things seem strange! Thanks for helping

Morning @BigAlan1

Thanks for coming to the community.

Our Aerial and Internet Modes on EE TV page has information on which mode you may be using for EE TV. If you are not using an aerial is the Smart Hub within 5 metres of your TV box?

@BigAlan1

Let me guess - you have your TV aerial plugged into your TV, and you have no TV aerial plugged into the Box Pro? (The supplied box from EETV that you can record on?)

And when you switch the Box Pro on, it switches the TV on? Or do you have to do that separately?

But you don’t see the Home Screen of the Box Pro shown?

So I think you may have to use the Source button on your TV remote to select the HDMI  input that the Box Pro is plugged into.

Can you try that and see if it works?

(Or else tell me what I have got wrong in trying to determine how you have things set up),
