Basic Netflix package included with my Broadband

I  joined EE broadband  and TV  Package a few days ago, the  Basic Netflix included, I was under the impression  that  included  adverts,  I'm  concerned  as I watched two episodes of a programme  showing no adverts can this be correct,  as I do not want to pay extra?

I can confirm that the subscription included with your EE TV is for Netflix standard with ads, and also confirm that you have activated your included Netflix account.

The only thing I cannot guarantee is that you're using that account - i.e. that you haven't also accidentally created an additional account.  To be 100% sure, you can check the plan by logging into https://www.netflix.com/account - it says the account type at the top of the page.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Adverts on Netflix are very sporadic; it’s possible to watch for several hours, and never see one.

*Longtime YouView box owner & broadband customer (was BT now EE), but only recently a full EETV subscriber*

Hi i have Netflix standard with sky q, if i move to EE entertainment with Now and Netflix standard what happens to my sky one, and how to i set up with EE. spoke to a person in a store and wasn't very clear.

Hi @Ray4850,

Once you have cancelled your Sky Q Netflix, if you have then taken a TV package from us which includes Netflix, there is a link in your order confirmation e-mail to take you to activate it. Alternatively you can also login to your EE online account and then go to Plans and Subscriptions> TV and Sport and the option will be there to activate your Netflix account through us.

All seems to be working now with adverts. I have got to say a very confusing  system compared to sky q.

I now have the adverts on Netflix  so seems to be working,  thank you all.

Although I am missing  sky.
