Just to close this one off:

BTP-11195c very specifically means you're an EE broadband customer trying to upgrade your TV package. This isn't currently possible - we're working on it now. In the meantime, you'll need to call customer services on the number shown on your screen.

If you believe you should already have access to the channel then firstly check whether you're trying to watch the HD version of the channel.  If so, do you have the HD add-on?  Try the non HD version of that same channel.

If you want to order the HD add on, or order a package that you don't currently subscribe to, then you'll need to call customer services.

If you are confident that you should already have access to the channel then call customer services to raise it as a fault. Alternatively you can email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk and I'll take a look - make sure you include your EE account number in the email, as well as exactly which channel number and name that you were trying to access. Only email if you genuinely believe you should already have access - I cannot raise orders for you.

As @Midnight_Voice has mentioned - are you trying to access the HD channels?  Your subscription doesn't include them.  It looks to be set up correctly for the SD channels though.

Also, TV Guide access to the discovery+ channel isn't included with the Sport subscriptions - only via the discovery+ app.

Please open eeTV

@GURUN-USO-41

It might sound a rather odd question, but we have to go back to basics.

So, why do you think you ought to be able to open EETV?

Are you on EE broadband, have taken out an EETV subscription, have received the hardware, and been told you have been activated?

From this point on, you should be able to open it yourself.

What steps are you taking to use EETV, and what happens when you try? Please include any error codes that you receive.

As per my message on the other thread you started @sandrahamblin04 , you're trying to access the HD versions of the channels - they're not included in your current package.  You need to call us to add the HD add-on if you want HD.
