BT TV Box - fault?

My original BT TV box has developed a clicking noise when in standby mode.  I don't think this is right!  Any thoughts please?

Hey @Merantun 

I don't think it's anything to worry about in regards to safety, it sounds like the hard-drive is potentially on it's way out though.

If you give us a call and raise a fault, we have a process for this and we should send you a replacement.
