BBC 3 voice out of sync

When watching BBC 3 on my  EETV box pro the voice is out of sync. I have restarted the box, restarted my soundbar and still have the same issue. All other channels are fine. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

The issue was confirmed (also affecting CBeebies), and is now fixed.

Thanks for taking the time to report the issue, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Hi @Aaronsuk You have the option to watch the BBC Three programme  via the BBc iPlayer - looks like maybe an an issue with the broadcast/transmission  in which case it would be out of your control  - i presume you are in ip mode  rather than aerial mode.

Hi @zulu17 , I am using the IP mode. All other channels are fine which is weird. I have had the problem since early last week. I can use Iplayer, however it's a pain to keep doing that when the channel is there to be viewed. It's like the the sound is 2 seconds behind what's happening on the screen.

It really  is  i suspect a   transmission  problem with the  Ip mode BBC Three HD  channel 24... should be easy  enough  for EE to replicate  on a Box Pro . The channel only broadcasts  from 7pm in the evening and overnight  but it does seem a problem over several  days.

I spoke to a lovely member of staff at EE, she had the same issue. It's now resolved and working fine. Thank you all for the replies and help.
