Apple TV instead of mini box

I have recently moved to ee broadband and tv, we got a mini box extra for the bedroom but the live tv sometimes freezes and  gives notice that connection has ben lost. 

my question am I able to buy another 4k Apple TV and put that in the bedroom instead.

You can’t be sure of it working, any more than if EETV themselves sent you one.

But what you can be sure of is that you will get a refund or a replacement from CeX for the duration of whatever guarantee they offer if the item fails, and you will get a refund from eBay themselves if one of their sellers describes something as working, but it is DOA, and the seller does not honour a refund request.

So with eBay, ensure the item is described as ‘working’, and don’t step outside the procedures given by eBay for buying, receiving, and paying for, goods advertised on the site.
