Just got EE fiber BB installed today and set up the ee mini TV box. I signed up to the Big sports package. All working as should. But I didn't realise U&Alibi was a premium channel. I want to what ever subscription it falls under. For the life of me can I figure out how. It says to call this number and give the rep this code to get this channel added. But I phone the number and went though the account details. For the guy to not understand what to do with the code the TV box is telling me to give him and he didn't know how to add this TV package. Gave up after over a hour on the phone.
After searching online. I need add now entertainment to the package. So I click on add now while logged into the EE website and then it takes me to ordering a TV box and pass package. I just want the now entertainment subscription added to my account.
I'm just so frustrated. To the point that I'm wishing I just gave into virgins demands and gave them £160 a month. It was so simple over there.
