Trying to activate Netflix which should be included in my TV package, I didn’t receive any activation email when I took the contract and I’m going around in circles, can someone help?
had to pay to keep Netflix active which I shouldn’t of had to do!

Do you have Netflix showing as an Inclusive Extra in your EE account?
Have you received a link to activate Netflix?

Yes, it's shown as an inclusive extra, but despite the "active now" button on the website AND the iphone app, all I ever get is an error message saying you're having difficulties. I've not received any other links.

Have you tried when connected to WiFi and using data?

It's worth mentioning to make sure you're not using Safari web browser too - it doesn't work for product activations from the EE web site.

Hi I have selected Netflix as an inclusive extra and have received the text with the activation link but when I try to activate it, it takes me to the Netflix page and says the link does not work and to contact the issuer or pay to subscribe.

Can you try opening the link in a different browser, do you get the same message?
If so, do you have the Netflix Inclusive Extra showing in your EE account add-ons?

Yes I'm getting the same message on a different browser. This is the message I receive " Hmm… Something’s wrong with this link. Double-check the link from your partner and try again, or sign up for Netflix now without an offer."
