Trying to activate Netflix which should be included in my TV package, I didn’t receive any activation email when I took the contract and I’m going around in circles, can someone help?
had to pay to keep Netflix active which I shouldn’t of had to do!

I am sorry for the problems you're having activating Netflix that's included in your package. Can you double check all your email folders for the activation email please? If you're still unable to find it you can get in touch with us and we will check this out for you.

I am having the same issue, have received details of link only in letter form, when I type the url it does not work
Would be grateful for email with link for this and for NOW TV please

Also having the same issue, have received details of link only in letter form, when I type the url it does not work. Nowtv and broadband working fine, just problem activating Netflix.
Would appreciate a message with what details you require for me to activate Netflix also.

I have an email to say I've activated netflix but never had one asking me to do so.
Netflix account still looks like I will pay for it?

I have received an activation link but it won't work. Keep getting error messages. Netflix day call EE.EE say call netflix. Round in circles here too.

Yes. Same message. Don't have any email from netflix to sign in. Only have a link via EE where the above error displays constantly. Called EE and raised complaint, they then closed the issue/complaint via email without resolving anything. Complaint number VOL013-854797853794
