Activating Netflix

Trying to activate Netflix which should be included in my TV package, I didn’t receive any activation email when I took the contract and I’m going around in circles, can someone help?

had to pay to keep Netflix active which I shouldn’t of had to do!

Did you speak to technical support, @GBram1950?

They should be able to help you get your subscription activated.

Hi there I am also trying to activate Netflix, and getting the same message up when clicking on to the Activate Now. As you can see this is now the 16 May and been waiting since the 1 May, and still no joy in watching programs.
 

Hi Robbie we are having the same problem with Netflix. We have been sent a second pro box and it’s still not working.

@gezzable I'm sorry about that, have you tried activating it via your EE TV box? Open the Netflix on your TV box , click Join Now, enter your email address then chose the plan that is included as part of your package.

Same here. My Netflix should be included in my mobile package but i did not receive an activation email so have not been able to set this up.

Same issue here - no idea how to sign up to netflix which is supposed to be part of my ee mobile contract. Can anyone provide a solution?

Have you selected Netflix as one of your Inclusive Extras?

Does this show active in your EE account?

I've tried, all I get is a message saying "we are experiencing technical problems right now, please try again later". I've tried on and off for days and that's all I ever get.
