Accessing NowTV

hi, i recently joined ee via bt and subscribed to their tv bundle. when i look at my account online it shows that NOW TV and the subsequent SKY channels are all part of the package which is great, however when i go on the NOW TV app it’s asking me to either join or log in. ive never had NOW TV before so don’t have any login details and i don’t want to pay for something i should already have. what’s gone wrong? am i just being stupid and missing something or do i have to activate my NOW TV like i did for NETFLIX? in which case i haven’t been given any options to activate NOW TV.

thanks in advance

i think I'd already subscribed to Now TV when I first signed up for BT/EE TV. All that changed was under the Now Account section, it showed billing by BT.

Try logging in to  Now with your EE email and PW.

Hi @knitstitch74

Welcome to the EE Community

You should have a Now login that you may have set up a long time ago.

Easiest way to check is pop into the Now website and try a password reset using your email address.

You'll find a handy guide in connecting the EE subscription to your Now TV account at EE TV Customer Support - Help (nowtv.com)

If you're looking to manage your EE TV subscription you can visit Managing Your NOW Membership on EE TV

Hope this helps!

A Now account set up for you as part of your EETV subscription will allow you to access your Now channels above 300 in the EPG. And to use the Now app on your EETV device.

But yes, if you go into the Now app elsewhere, it will initially ask for a logon. So you give it your email address, and it asks for your password, but you don’t have one, unless you had a Now account previously.

If you did, give it. But if it’s new to you, or the one you had doesn’t seem to work, say you have forgotten your password. Now will then send you an email to let you (re)set it, and off you go.

If no email arrives, then the probability is that EETV has set up your email address for Now incorrectly. You can check this by looking in the Now app on an EETV device, going to Settings/Account and seeing what it says there.

Look hard, as typos can be extremely subtle:-

You will need to let EETV know that this mistake has been made, as only they can correct it.
